i stayed in a suite garden view for three nights the room was clean. the view overlooked the gardens and it was spacious. the staff provided excellent service for drinks by the pool area. the lifeguards were always on duty i appreciated that.
the only free drinking water was at breakfast so i needed to buy a bottle. the wifi was slow and the login process was ancient. i was logged out often and had to log back in.

my room, a double or twin room, was clean. the air conditioning worked effectively. i found the breakfast service complete, with an omelette chef station available.
the wi-fi was slow and required frequent logging back in.

the staff were super friendly and could not have been more helpful antonelli gave us fantastic local restaurant and beach recommendations and a map for the walk up the mountain behind the hotel residences are well equipped the hotel pool is superb everything is within easy walking distance.
the wifi is awful it is slow and the log in process is beyond ancient every couple of days you get logged out and have to go through the process of logging back in.

the swimming pool is a big size and has many sunbeds available at any time of the day a lifeguard is on duty ensuring safety around the pool area.

the hotel staff provided helpful assistance with local recommendations and directions they were always smiling and ensured all needs were promptly addressed the reception handled requests swiftly.

the hotel location is favorable with easy walking distance to town it features a marina for boat trips a yellow sand beach next door offers free parasols for the guests.
